Welding Blanket
Welding Blanket
Has anyone bought a welding blanket to cover 340 on cool days? If so what type of material (if it matters)? What size? Do you double it up?
Re: Welding Blanket
I bought a carbon fiber welding cover, seems good so far.
Re: Welding Blanket
Did you double it up or just a single layer? What is the medium temperature in winter time, because in my location is about -5 degrees. I wonder if it will be enough for this, I don't want it to get affected by frost. I got a very good weld and it would be sad if there will appear some issues because of very low temperatures. I have a TIG225X , you can see it under number 1 in this list of the best welds for home https://afterpaints.com/best-welder-for-home/. Do you think a carbon fiber will be good for it ?

Could you tell me some more information about it? Let’s talk in PMIamSlater wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 10:43 pmDid you double it up or just a single layer?
