Tank Health Graph

Post by kolroth » Sat Jan 16, 2010 8:57 pm

Would it be possible to create a graph that shows current HP for a toon (most useful for a tank). Just start at zero and show damage taken per hit, plus healing done (and maybe somehow overhealing). It would be a great tool for looking at a fight to see how much your tank health jumps around and how often you got how low. It would also let you see how much impact the Paly tank's 35% damage reduction is kicking in, etc.

We considered implementing this ages ago, though I don't remember why we decided against it then. Probably had something to do with implementation difficulties... Miles?

That could be a cool addition.

Anyway, to see my tank health over time I use wowcardioraid.
very useful tool to see exactly what happened

edit: forgot to link the cardioraid tool: http://tixu.scribe.free.fr/indexen.php

It's fairly complicated to see tank current health but implementing healt-deficit graph should be much easier. Only things that could make it harder is if all kinds of stuff that increases max HP doesn't get logged with precise values.
