I'm going to derail this for a moment here to say: "W...hat?"
If you really want to know what you should work on, don't look at a WoL parse and say "I think I need to have a higher crit rate, because I think so!". The fact that the sample size of one fight or even one raid is not large enough to draw any conclusions notwithstanding, how would you decide which of the two in your example you need to work on, based on what your max <insert your favourite spell here> hit was?
You should look into some proper TCing tools, such as rawr or head over to EJ and check their spreadsheets. No amount of max values will ever help you figure out whether you need more SP or crit.
As a sidenote, it will however help you (if you can also jump to the combat log from that max value) figure out how to better stack your cooldowns.
P.S. This is my way of saying this is rather useless, without even more detailed statistics. Maybe the standard derivation, maybe try to clump it in 'chunks' of similar damage done per spell... But that's going a bit to far, I'd say?
