IE: Stray comma bugged the tooltips in the calendar

Upgraded the log renderer with some new tricks; the trailer format is: (O: overhealing, O: overkill, A: absorbed, B: blocked, R: resisted).

The new spell details page missed the today's maintenance window - I'm going to enable it tomorrow.

Added the spell details page! You can now click on any spell to get more information about it's casters and targets.

There's actually 5 variants of the page, depending on what kind of spell you click on, you'll see damage or healing breakdown, buffs and debuffs or power gains. More than 1 tab can be active for some weird spells.

Example: people who didn't move fast enough and got BBQed by Lightning Charge on Thorim.

Added a menu for quicker navigation to a player details page. Death cause tabs are still work in progress, ETA 2 days.

There's a deaths tab now on the player details and spell details pages. This should make it easier to see who keeps dancing in the fire / runes / other nasty things.

Added a tooltip if you hover over a data point on the graphs.

Added a very copy-paste-ish version of the deaths overview page; a fancier version should be done soon.
