The Northrend Beasts tries were done in heroic ToC10. The Twins and Anub'arak were in ToC25 normal (and are flagged appropriately).

Thanks for all the logs, I've managed to gather all the spell ids needed to classify the modes. I'm still running checks on the data, but it looks like we'll be able to deploy it this weekend with the zone/fight stats changes.

25 man part: Beasts is hard mode, detected as normal. Jaraxxus hard mode, detected as normal.
On both 25 and 10 man, faction champions is detected as heroic on heroic and normal (in that particular log, 25 man is heroic, 10 man is normal).

And it will! It already works on our dev version, but hasn't been promoted to live yet. Still working on actually displaying the values :)

This is listed as AitD, but Immortal Guardians are dying. Hm, did the logging start _after_ the fight started?

I'm guessing, each keeper has additional ways of getting detected. Killing Immortal Guardians means Thorim is down, Hodir's Protective Gaze on players for Hodir (only works if someone fucks up, though), Freya has Sanity Well and Mimiron has Destabilisation Matrix.

Hmm, I'll have to update the detection then. We look for the buffs 62670 62650 62671 62702 which are applied to players at the start, but I guess I should look for another spellId to watch for.
