Expression editor stopping

So I was wondering if I can put a command in expression editor to not show me a log after a certain event has happened. In my case I am looking for Shambling Horror spawns and drudge ghoul damage so I put:

(targetname="Shambling Horror"
and fulltype = 1101) or
(targetname="Drudge Ghoul"
and type = 1)

Now I want the log to not show me anything past Shambling Horror summon.
